Antenna Fabrication via Direct Print
Using advanced printing technology developed by Sciperio, it is possible to conformally print “any” material on “any” surface.
Designing the antenna is only half the battle in building a better RF system. These advanced antennas must still be fabricated, and equally advanced manufacturing processes must be used to achieve the level of precision and control necessary.
Sciperio's antennas must be fabricated with precision to handle their unique bends, to handle the conformal surfaces, and to handle the multiple materials that are sometimes necessary.
Our proprietary Direct Print technology makes these antennas a reality. With our Direct Printing processes, we can print antennas in a variety of materials, on a variety of surfaces, suitable for use in many environments. Surfaces can be big and flat, or small and bumpy. Environments can be completely benign or harsh, extreme, and unusual. Direct Printing can adapt to whatever the conditions.
