Sciperio, Inc. Announces nScrypt

Stillwater, OK, October 14, 2002 - Sciperio announces that it has formed a joint manufacturing venture with Spectra Technologies of Euless, TX. The new company, nScrypt, will serve as the manufacturing, sales and service company for Sciperio's revolutionary Micro-Dispense Direct Write (MDDW) technology. The MDDW process was developed through the DARPA Mesoscopic Integrated Conformal Electronics (MICE) program. After five years of research and development, the nScrypt technology has been successfully deployed in a variety of material deposition applications.
